But with the development, Espresso today is becoming more and more diverse in ways to enjoy, from roasting style to espresso brewing and the range of flavors is increasingly expanding. At Every Half, we always have many choices to enjoy: Traditional Espresso & Turbo Shot (Espresso Light Roasted), with 05 different types of coffee.
Traditional Espresso
- Usually use medium, dark roast coffee
- Dosing ratio 1:2 to 1:3
- Use 7-9 grams or 14-11 grams of coffee
- High pressure extraction 9-10 bar
- Extraction time 20-30 seconds
Turbo Shot (Espresso Light Roasted)
- Use light roasted coffee
- Finished product ratio 1:3 - 1:4
- Low pressure extraction 3-6 bar
- Extraction time is usually less than 20 seconds
